Where does the cashmere for your clothing come from, and how is it sourced?
Our cashmere comes directly from the Mongolian steppes, from traditional nomadic families. It is collected by gently hand-combing the goats’ fine winter undercoat in spring, when the animals naturally shed it. This process is as considerate as possible toward both the animals and the Mongolian landscape.
How should I properly care for and wash cashmere clothing?
We recommend hand-washing cashmere in lukewarm water (up to 18–20 °C) using a special shampoo for cashmere or delicate wool. Never wring the garment; gently press out the water in a towel and dry it flat. You can find a detailed step-by-step care guide in our blog article.
Is it normal for a cashmere sweater to pill over time?
Yes, slight pilling is a natural characteristic of genuine, fresh cashmere fibers, caused by friction during wear. It is not a material defect. You can easily and gently remove the pills with a special cashmere comb or fabric shaver. After the first few washes and depillings, the fibers will settle and pilling will subside significantly.
What size should I choose if I’m not sure?
You’ll find a detailed size chart with exact measurements for every product. Our styles are designed to be timeless, comfortable, and to drape naturally. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. We’re also happy to help you choose by phone or email.
Can I try on the clothes in a brick-and-mortar store?

What are the shipping options, and how long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship orders from our warehouse in Prague within 2 business days. We deliver via Zásilkovna (to pickup points and to your address) and through the PPL and Česká pošta courier services.
What if the item I choose doesn’t fit? How do returns or exchanges work?
If the size or fit isn’t right, you can easily return or exchange unworn items with their original tags within 14 days of receipt. Simply fill out the return form on our website and send the package back or bring it in person to one of our showrooms in Prague or Brno.
How should I store cashmere clothing properly off-season?
Never hang cashmere knits on a hanger, as they may lose their shape. Always store them folded on a shelf or in a breathable cotton or linen bag. For natural protection against moths, we recommend adding cedarwood balls or a sachet of dried lavender to your wardrobe.
